Welcome to the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce, Inc.
The Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is a partnership of businesses and professionals working together for the betterment of our community. The Chamber is supported through membership investment and one of our many purposes is to promote community support of our local businesses in order to maintain a stable economy and future growth. The majority of the Chamber’s activities and events are local traditions, and we continue to search for additional opportunities to promote our member investors and the City of Santa Fe. We encourage you to get involved in the Chamber and attend our Monthly Membership Meetings as well as the community events we host throughout the year.
NEW to the CHAMBER for 2023 ~ LEADERSHIP SANTA FE
Leadership Santa Fe is an immersive learning opportunity in leadership development, community awareness and personal growth geared toward future leaders of Santa Fe. The program is designed to identify and assist individuals who want to learn more about the challenges facing the community and to train, educate and motivate these individuals for future leadership roles within the community. We focus on these key areas: Teambuilding, Education, State Government, Small Business, Local Government, Healthcare, Non-Profit, Finance, Agriculture, Industry, Entertainment and Celebrations.Leadership Santa Fe gives participants first-hand knowledge of the “behind the scenes” of our community and the potential for a positive community impact through volunteerism and civic engagement. The program consists of 11 one-day sessions that includes team-building, a trip to Austin for Galveston County Day at the Capitol and an end of program social. Leadership Santa Fe participants are recognized at a graduation ceremony during the Chamber’s Annual Awards’ Dinner & Gala in January, 2024.
The class is composed of 20 individuals and is chaired by Chamber Board Members and former graduates of Leadership Mainland, Gina Welsh and Terri O’Connell. The application and enrollment fee of $500.00 for Chamber Investors or $650 for non-Chamber Investors entitles the participants to local and out of town transportation, lunch (12), transportation to Galveston County Day in Austin and a graduation plaque. Participants also receive a Leadership Team collared shirt. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% is necessary to successfully complete Leadership Santa Fe. The class meet one day per month and get an in-depth background into our community, county and state.
